ETS
The RPRA Clock Committee has recently met with Bricon
management. After discussion and tests the Committee is
now satisfied that the Bricon marking system is compatible
within the Unives 1.7 protocol. The RPRA Clock Committee
is therefore happy to announce that the Bricon club marking
system’s approval for use is reinstated forthwith.
In addition, the RPRA will require all manufacturers of approved
ETS equipment to produce an operator's guide for their
respective equipment detailing how to set up the same and
operate it with the approved equipment of other manufacturers.
The RPRA will also, in conjunction with all ETS manufacturers,
introduce a Clocksetter's Guide for ETS.

Important notice :
I can
state that the Bricon ETS complies with the Unives 1.7 protocol
and is compatible with all other systems on the market which use
Unives 1.7. Bricon nv therefore believes that the position
and actions taken by the RPRA in withdrawing approval for the
Bricon Club Master based on suggestions to the contrary are
wrong.
Our lawyers have written to the RPRA fully explaining and
proving that the Bricon club system and clocks are using Unives
1.7 and is totally compatible with all other systems on the
market. We are also willing to demonstrate this fact to them. We
are confident that the RPRA will choose to bring about a full
resolution of the situation as a matter of urgency. Bricon
accordingly hopes that it will continue to have the full trust
of the pigeon fancy.
It must be noted that the Bricon Speedy clock and the
Little Bricon clock continue to be fully approved by the RPRA,
and it is only the Bricon Club Master that the RPRA actions
relate to."
